Thank you for your interest in becoming an approved training provider for Local Workforce Development Board (LWDB) 14.

The Commonwealth is currently finalizing a revised State Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) policy. Until this policy is finalized and formally issued, the Hampton Roads Workforce Council is not accepting Individual Training Account (ITA) applications.

Once the updated policy is in place, oversight of the ITA application process is expected to transition to the state. Additional information and guidance will be shared as it becomes available.
